Speks uses Shopify Managed Pricing. Choose a plan in Shopify admin or from the in-app subscription page.

Message limits depend on your plan tier; usage is shown in dashboard settings.

Upgrades & downgrades

Plan changes are handled by Shopify billing. After a change, allow a few minutes for limits to refresh.

If you cancel a paid plan, your store returns to the free tier with applicable limits.
