Install the app

Connect Speks to your Shopify store in minutes and unlock optional channel integrations.

Install Speks from the Shopify App Store or open the app from your Shopify admin.

Approve the requested permissions so Speks can read products, policies, and orders needed for chat and analytics.

After install, you will land in the Speks dashboard embedded in Shopify admin.

First login

Sign in with Shopify from the login page, or use Google if your account is linked.

Select your store if you manage multiple shops.

From there, you can enable storefront chat first and add optional integrations like WhatsApp when you are ready.
