Set up WhatsApp integration

Open Dashboard → WhatsApp to start the setup. Speks launches the Meta Embedded Signup flow so you can sign in, choose a WhatsApp Business account, and select the phone number you want to connect.

After you finish the Meta steps, Speks completes the connection and saves the account to your store automatically.

What you get after connecting

A connected number gives you shared inbox access, automated replies, human takeover controls, and template management inside Speks.

If setup pauses or fails, the dashboard shows the current onboarding step and the next action to take.

Templates and testing

Once connected, you can sync existing templates from Meta, create starter templates, upload sample media where needed, and send tracked test messages from the dashboard.
