Speks syncs products, variants, and store policies from Shopify into a searchable index.

Initial sync runs automatically after install; large catalogs may take 15–30 minutes.

Manual sync

Open Dashboard → Store data to trigger a product sync or view indexing status.

Use background sync during onboarding so you can continue setup while indexing completes.

Policies

Shipping, refund, and privacy policies from Shopify are indexed for policy-related questions.

Re-sync policies after you update them in Shopify admin.
